             IPL will not happen this year it will now happen next year. We all know how the situation is at the moment in the country and no one will take that risk. One can't have social distancing in the satidum. It's better to play IPL next year. Also no mega auction will take place. We will inform the franchises once we get final confirmation from the Indian government the same season can continue next yeat, the source from IPL administrator said, monitoring into the situation

      IPL most likely to shifted next year 2021

          IPL is most likely to be shifted to next year with no mega auction to take place ahead of 2021. With the sudden rise in pandemic COVID-19 cases in India, it's a matter of grave concern to the governing bodies of the country.

    
          The cash rich tournament was supposed to be held on 29th March 2020. Bug due to sudden spike to be pandemic coronavirus affected patients and the forthcoming situation in India, it didn't look good for the Tournament franchises and BCCI. Rather BCCI showed interest to come to a conclusion on April 15 sitting together with the franchises.

          No mega auction for 2021  IPL

          Basically  it's like the tournament will be shifting to next year with all the players that are being bought or retained. No mega auction will be taking place. Though, franchises might have the option to select a few players. With the ongoing pandemic coronavirus cases, the situation is at stake official information will be available only after 15 th april
